Is the FBI monitoring all of the Internet?

ボストンマラソン事件を見ながら思ったことを書いておく。どうせだから英語で世界中に発信する。英語力は皆無に等しい俺がgoogle翻訳を使いながら翻訳したので、念のために日本語の原文を晒しておきます。

I think the FBI is monitoring all of the Internet comminucation through the investigation of Boston marathon bomb.

I know that friends of suspects say "It's unbelievable" in crimes by lonely wolf even though it is guilty. It does not mean they lie for their friend. In some case in Japan, they did not realize what suspect is thinking in his mind. And they think that suspect is a spirited young.

It is a issue why the police know the incident before it happens however his friends did not realize. The FBI was listening to Tsarnaev's mother few years ago. And the police were on high alert before the bomb explode. I think that the FBI knew what he is watching on the Internet in his room.

ボストンのマラソンテロ事件の捜査を通じて、FBIがインターネットのすべての通信を監視しているのではないかということを考えた。

「一匹狼」型の犯罪が起こったとき、容疑者の友人が「彼はそんなことをする人じゃない」というのはよくあることだ──真犯人であるにも関わらず。友人たちは決して嘘をついているのではないだろう。日本で起こったいくつかの事件では、友人たちは容疑者が内心何を考えているのか気づいていなかった。彼らは容疑者を明るい若者だと思っていた。

問題は、友人たちが気づかなかったにも関わらず、なぜ警察が事件を事前に知っていたのかということだ。FBIは数年前にツァルナエフの母に聞き取りをしたという。また、警察は事件直前に厳戒態勢であったという。FBIは彼が自室でひとりインターネットをしながら何を見ていたか知っていたんじゃないか。
